City of Hiram 855 Renovation

The renovation of an existing building with a floor space of 2310 SF for use as a community rental facility, with an expanded floor space of 3052 SF. The scope of work included demolition, architectural and structural construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in accordance  with plans and specifications.

University of West Georgia Design Center

The construction of a free-standing wood-framed building of approximately 2,460 square feet of conditioned space.  Provide demolition and removal of existing site elements. Provide minor grading as required. Sitework, including site utility connections and walks. General Construction includes a new free-standing wood-framed building consisting of a large open studio, three offices, IT room, storage rooms, two restrooms, conference room and mechanical room.
